Great friendly service, excelent location with splendid view to the sea.
The first impression from the main entrance of the hotel on the road doesn't correspond with the real beauty of the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was spotless and recently renovated in an attractive boutique kind of style.
Despite the renovations to the rooms the main reception area and the grounds were seriously lacking. They both need money invested in them to bring the hotel up to scratch. The only thing lacking in the room was drinking glasses but there was the very unpleasant smell of a sewage system every time we went out onto the balcony making it nearly impossible to enjoy the breathtaking view.

I liked the location of the hotel, overlooking the sea. I also liked the fact that the hotel was very quiet, the rooms were very simple, yet very comfortable. You can feel that the hotel is run by a family, as you get their personal touch; there was always a new dish at breakfast. The swimming pool was very clean and enjoyable.
Even though the beach is magnificent, I did not like the way to the beach. There were too many steps, which were wide, awkward and slippery. Therefore, the beach was not easily accessible and this was a pity, since we had to drive everyday to different beaches. In addition, there was no shade at the beach; no umbrellas whatsoever, which meant that you had to borrow and carry all the way an umbrella from the hotel. So, maybe an arrangement would be required, so that the hotel is allowed to install some umbrellas on the beach for its customers.

Everything was great. The hotel staff were professional and genuine. Food service was a great variety and plenty to fill you up. Having both the pool and private ocean beach was perfect. It was never noisy and seeing the stars on the veranda at night was amazing. The perfect location for day trips throughout eastern crete. Very comfortable accommodation, clean. Exactly what we wanted. Loved the hospitality of Crete!
Can't think of a thing wrong.

In the room I stayed in, there was a big comfy bed that made me feel like royalty! the space was really well-furnished and had a nice, breezy feel. Plus, I could adjust the temperature to my liking. I even had my own safe to keep my belongings secure and there was a sofa bed 🛋️ for lounging around.
